I was looking for hard to find parts for a safety critical application. The first couple of places I tried had the part on their web page but when I tried to order it they said, sorry, they did not actually have the parts. I called Military Fasteners. Talked to an employee without delay. She looked up the part number, told me who manufactured them (important), where the company is located (very important) and shipped the parts immediately from their own inventory. Super nice, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. They get it.

As normal with Military Fasteners for many years, no issues. I order the parts needed and they send them. Just fair prices and good service.

Small order but all was in stock, sales rep was very friendly and made it a pleasure. Shipped and received quicker than expected.
